After being turned away or not getting real help elsewhere, Kevin actually took the time to listen, understand the issue, and work through it with me until it was resolved. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping not just rushing me out the door. Customer service like this is rare, and Kevin went above and beyond when nobody else would. Verizon is lucky to have him.
