She was friendly and helpful when making the in store purchase. I got home and realized that I did not get a receipt. I spent the next 3 weeks chasing her down for one. All I got was a song and a dance. My family and I called around and visited other stores. Then I received a call from the district manager Johanna. She issued a receipt in a few days. Now I could see why it was withheld. I was charged for items that Elena said were free and I was charged for items that I never received. I did get a refund from Johanna, but she downplayed the fraud. Only commented on what a great deal that I got on the phone. The same comment was made by the owner of the Maywood store to my daughter and her boyfriend. It seems that the fraud scam is justified as long as you get a great deal. I would rather have payed full price and avoid all the hassle. Ridiculous! Mike Siadek
