Over several days I tangled with phones for HOURS, could NOT figure out what had gone wrong, even after many 'googles'. Yesterday afternoon I was on phone for a full hour (not exaggerating) with a very nice man on the other side of the world who spoke heavily accented English as his third language. No cigar. Today we took boxful of ALL the equipment to local Verizon store...Blake spread everything out on counter and resolved issue in less than 5 minutes. Came home....plugged in....everything now working PERFECTLY. (My husband and have four degrees between the two of us and could NOT resolve the problem.) Looking back I don't know WHY I hadn't just called the store first. (Duh!) We wouldn't think of ever changing phone service and next time when (if) something goes wrong we'll call Blake first. HIGHLY recommend.
