    Has my phone for what is 40 bours now to replace glass! They lied and assures me the same day repair would happen the next day and this os the day after that! No call, update, support cant reach them so thehre saying go in AGAIN and ask if it's ready. If ypu charge a 29 dollar servive fee on top of your "free labor due to applecare insurance, dont lie about thw process and capabilities. I couldve used it and turned it in after the conference tomorrow if i didnt want it held hostage. I want a refund, but at least everyone else is "really so sorry this is happening" because they cant even communicate a message regarding the geek squad being way passed their policy perameters. I am warning ...Everyone eryone

    Absolutely wrong how Best Buy DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO TALK TO THEIR STAFF IN THIS STORE. I am very upset over his policy. I need some visual verification on the condition of an Open Box item and all i am allowed is to talk with staff overseas. That is ridiculous. I even requested a manager and no go.

    I’m a big believer in supporting local businesses. Rather than go to St. Louis to The official Apple Store to repair my iPhone , I thought I’d give Best Buy here in Springfield a try. Big mistake. They charged my credit card and told me it would be about 2 to 3 business days before the battery I was trying to replace would come in. After a little over two weeks, I never heard from them. At the time they charged my credit card, they said they would call me as soon as the part arrived. I called Geek Squad, customer service, which is a nightmare in itself. There’s no possible way to talk to the actual service personnel on site in Springfield. You get connected to an undisclosed corporate customer line. The agent I spoke with said that there was never any repair claim initiated in the first place. So just to clarify, they charged my card, but never even started a ticket to initiate the repair process. Absolute scam and waste of time.No quality of work , because the work was never even done! Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Very dissatisfied from all. standpoints.

    Worst ever experience by far at the Springfield store. Long wait time in the queue even after having an appointment and the service is the worst ever no one are sure about the process of repairing my iPhone and this is my 3rd visit to get it done and I’m still waiting in the queue. Really I should appreciate the patience of the people coming here for service. Such a pathetic geek squad service center
