  I had turned my phone off and when I turned it back on, the screen was gibberish. I took it out to Verizon and the young guy was worthless and rude. Told he he didn't know what was wrong and that I had broken it. I took it to Geek Squad and within less than 10 seconds, the fellow had it back to normal. He just rebooted it and showed me what to do if it happens again. Hard to believe Verizon didn't know this. Anyway, thanks to the fellow that was working this morning. He is the best example of customer service I have seen in a very long time!!!

  Has my phone for what is 40 bours now to replace glass! They lied and assures me the same day repair would happen the next day and this os the day after that! No call, update, support cant reach them so thehre saying go in AGAIN and ask if it's ready. If ypu charge a 29 dollar servive fee on top of your "free labor due to applecare insurance, dont lie about thw process and capabilities. I couldve used it and turned it in after the conference tomorrow if i didnt want it held hostage. I want a refund, but at least everyone else is "really so sorry this is happening" because they cant even communicate a message regarding the geek squad being way passed their policy perameters. I am warning ...Everyone eryone

  My iphone is under warranty and basically is a paperweight. The springfield store has worked with me having to go through all the repairs Apple requires. But the Call Center is worthless. They can't answer anything on Apple repairs, I receive incorrect information and you can not call directly to the store. I know the Call Center can't help me and they won't transfer me. I have been to the store already 4 times and waiting on replacement. After picking up yesterday, now my phone restarts every 2 minutes, can't charge unless wireless and speakers and microphone still don't work. My complaint is that I have to drive an hour to talk to someone because the call center won't help me.

  Worst ever experience by far at the Springfield store. Long wait time in the queue even after having an appointment and the service is the worst ever no one are sure about the process of repairing my iPhone and this is my 3rd visit to get it done and I’m still waiting in the queue. Really I should appreciate the patience of the people coming here for service. Such a pathetic geek squad service center

  Unethical and complete garbage. I have multiple customers coming to me with notes and stories from Geek Squad lying and not even attempting to repair machines. Example was a lady called and said that, "Geek Squad told me my drive is soldered on and can't be replaced so I should just buy a new one." A quick questioning discovered that the machine was suffering BSODs from a bad driver. I looked at it for 2 minutes and knew exactly what the issue was and how to fix it.
