- SAShirlynn AnnNov 5, 20251.0I had the worst experience. I went in to try to get new services and the lady was very careless and charged me without verifying if my phone was compatible. She charged me nearly $80 on my Credit Card and refused to cancel the transaction. Which, is double than they stated in the online website they offer for new customers. I then found out with customer service my phone was actually compatible the whole time. I had switched companies by then. I no longer want services with them. They still refused to cancel or at least provide an alternative solution. Very unprofessional. Definitely do not recommend coming here.
