  Bridge paid. Employee told me I could call customer service and they would extend it for two more days untill I was paid.. note. I had money to pay full bill that day and told the lady this but also had other over due bills and explained to her and she recommend calling cust service and tht they would extend my bridge pay. I was like cool that would help me alot . So I called. first lady said they couldn't so I asked for a manager was on hold for over 40 min just to be told no. So I got screwed and had to pay extra money I didn't have at the time. And instead of them honering wht their employee told me are do anything at all I got hung up on. Also did a survey and complained to them and yet no one still has contacted me or tried to do anything to make it right. I lost money doing this the least you could do is give me a free month or my bridge pay payment back . Since it was your employee that lied besides that cricket is awsome

  The staff is very helpful. They take time to assist you in choosing a phone and accessories. They were able to answer any questions I had. They offer reasonable prices on the phones and great phone plans.
