- JFJoseph FOct 13, 20251.0Went in for a hard drive swap 6 days ago. Each day they said it would be ready the same day or next. It is now currently 6 days. People sometimes need their computers in order to work. They lie, have no communication, and are inept for simple projects. Never again. I would suggest going somewhere else. Who knows when I'll actually get it back in working order.

My laptop has been with them for over a month with no clear answer as to where my laptop is. We keep getting transferred from store to wherever it is they fix them saying our laptop has be shipped from one place to the other. I truly believe they have lost my laptop and won't give me a clear answer. I regret not going with the other company I got a quote from first.
