    I was very happy there. I went in and got my stuff very fast a young handsome man helped me get my stuff I believe his name was Leandre . Thanks to him my son got to have a happy Christmas

    Surprisingly Best Buy has good deals on electronics pretty often and 0% interest financing and pretty helpful staff. Just grab this Garmin watch from them

    The geek squad here is beyond incompetent - Beware do not bring your device here for repair. They completely broke my iPhone 16 pro 256GB during a routine camera repair covered under AppleCare warranty. I lost all my newborn photos on the device because I was told this is routine and backup isn’t necessary. Then geek squad lost the device while in their possession and were calling me to ask if I have it or I will be charged, like what? It’s in your possession and you’re supposed to be fixing it!! after multiple attempts for resolution they gave me an incorrect replacement (128GB) and are now ghosting me. I have spent over 10+ hours on the phone and multiple visits to the store and this is still not resolved. The make it impossible to get in touch with someone who can give a clear answer. I expect a call from a regional manager to address this issue or I will be filing a claim with the BBB. This experience has been a disaster at every turn. Best Buy, this is your chance to make things right or you’ve lost a customer forever.

    Went here with my small children and it was still at least an hour before closing.Employee came stomping through the store screaming that everyone had to leave they were closing in an angry voice.I will never return to that store
