He spent an hour activating and testing each line, making sure they're all set to make/ receive and forward calls from one line to the next. He was so attentive and patient and did everything I needed done with great expertise. I left feeling confident that if any issue arises in the future they will be resolved with expertise and care. The best customer service!

I have spent as much money as a small house! I just wish I had been treated this well the whole time! You need to promote this amazing young man to train ALL VERIZON SALES PEOPLE!!!!
