However, they cancelled my phone service. Jake restored the service and “won back” the line. I have never had such amazing customer service. The problem took over 2 hours to solve, because of the other company’s inefficiency. He should be promoted.

Why is it always that phone/cable/auto treat you so great to get your business but then as a long time customer they don’t seem the prioritize your business. This is what happened with AT&T. AT&T have recently declined in service. So, I moved one line to Verizon with assistance from Jake and Ross. Because of how easy the process was and the incredible service, I will likely move my other 2 lines to Verizon. They dealt with me and my ex husband which is comical and difficult 😅. They deserve a bonus. As someone who is in the hospitality and service industry, my standards are high. I stopped in to drop something off and Jake remembered my name and which phone my daughter purchased. They get bonus points. The best service and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
