  I had an appointment with Justin, a Geek Squad associate at Best Buy, Thursday 11/14/24 at 2:40 pm. I was unable to use a previously purchased Fitbit. Justin spent a great deal of time with me and was courteous, patient and explained the problem thoroughly. The Fitbit could not be connected to my phone. He also explained how I could use my new Apple Watch to record steps, and walked me through the process.I actually did not need the Fitbit. Justin’s patience and explanation were deeply appreciated and I appreciate the kind service he provided. Gayle Kaufman

  I have been visiting geek squad for my laptop issues, and not single thing they know nor able to fix. It’s a waste of time going in or even scheduling an appointment. Just an advise, go somewhere else. Total bs and waste of time. All they will say is idk or contact the actual company.

  When I called to make an appointment the girl was very nice & accomodating. When I got to the store, the young man behind the counter was condescending & rude. He looked me up & down, looked at my computer & looked back at me and said, "It is old". This is not the way to get repeat customers & not the way to treat customers.

  Call the store and book an appointment first. It’s frustrating when a computer you use is down and it takes some time to fix, and it is hard to find a good computer repair place these days. I’m glad I stopped by this location! Everyone on the team was very freindly and happy Thank you Ahmed!
