Justin spent a great deal of time with me and was courteous, patient and explained the problem thoroughly. The Fitbit could not be connected to my phone. He also explained how I could use my new Apple Watch to record steps, and walked me through the process.I actually did not need the Fitbit. Justin’s patience and explanation were deeply appreciated and I appreciate the kind service he provided. Gayle Kaufman

It’s a waste of time going in or even scheduling an appointment. Just an advise, go somewhere else. Total bs and waste of time. All they will say is idk or contact the actual company.
