We have been Best Buy customers for years and have consistently purchased ZAGG screen protectors from this location. Since this store no longer stocks them, we now order replacements directly from ZAGG and come here for installation. This has been the practice for years.
During our visit today, a sales rep named Fahim gave us completely misleading information, stating that Best Buy would now charge us to apply the screen protector. This directly contradicts our experience at this same store, where one month ago a replacement screen protector was applied free of charge for a family member.
Because of this inconsistency, we went to another representative, who involved Geek Squad. After reviewing the situation, Geek Squad correctly applied the screen protector at no charge, as it was a replacement for the original ZAGG protector purchased from this very Best Buy location.
The issue here is not the outcome — it is the lack of consistency, misinformation, and poor training. There is clearly no written or enforced policy, yet employees are giving customers conflicting “word-of-mouth” rules. That is unacceptable.
Management needs to look into this immediately and ensure employees are properly trained and aligned on actual policy — not personal interpretations. If Best Buy no longer supports installation of replacement screen protectors, that policy should be written, visible, and enforced consistently. If not, employees should not be misleading customers.
This should not require customers to escalate or hunt down another employee to get accurate information.

I purchased a ZAGG screen protector from this store with paid installation. At the time of purchase I was clearly told that for this phone and this specific screen protector, all future installations would be free.
The last time I had it replaced, the installation was done for free without any issues.
Today I was refused installation and told I had to pay again. The supervisor, Betty, was extremely rude and refused to show me anywhere on their website stating that the installation is one-time only.
When I asked for written proof, she simply refused and acted very unprofessionally.
This is misleading the customer and shows complete lack of respect. I will not be shopping at this location again and do not recommend it to anyone.

I really like this Best Buy. Has a lot of variety in electronics and TVs. Cinema area is pretty cool which has many selections in brands on display. I give a 4 ⭐️ because I was expecting many selections in Home Theater speakers by the audio area.
Overall experience was good. Staff are very friendly and can help you with any questions you have.

Wish I could give 0 stars instead.
Went in the purchase four (4) Steam Wallet gift cards. 1 of the 4 did not work when trying to redeem. The purchase was made online and the physical card they had given us did not match the serial number online. We have come back to this store, called the corporate and customer service numbers multiple times to absolutely no help. Now we are currently in best buy again after waiting for almost 2 hours because they keep telling us their managers are too busy to help us. They had us step aside and no one has come to help us still. It seems as if they're just trying to keep us waiting until we're too tired and just leave.
Buy your gift cards somewhere else because it seems like someone's pulling a fast one on you as they've said 5 people have come in with troubles with their gift cards today alone.
They also keep saying they can't issue a refund or offer any store credit for gift cards, when it was their fault that we can't use the gift cards even though the money was taken out of the account.
Update: We left after 2 hours. All they could do was refer to the phone calls we had with corporate and said "I don't see where they said to come in store". They did not help us again. Lost our money and wasted our time. Don't come here for any customer service relations.

My recent visit to Best Buy was honestly one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, it felt like customer service was an afterthought. Not a single employee acknowledged me, even though several walked right past while I was clearly looking for help.
When I finally did get someone’s attention, the associate seemed rushed, uninterested, and gave me incomplete information that ended up wasting even more of my time. To make things worse, the checkout process was chaotic and disorganized, and no one seemed prepared to assist with basic questions.
I left frustrated, empty-handed, and honestly shocked at how poorly the store was run. I expect much better from a retailer that prides itself on customer service. This visit made me rethink shopping at Best Buy altogether.
