Went to return a speaker that I got as a gift and I did not have a gift receipt, all I asked was for store credit and the associate was extremely rude and I asked for a manager twice until he finally called and as he called he told the manager on his headphone set that I was not listening when I was being polite and then the supervisor Or manager “ B “ was extremely rude and she came to me with attitude and she should not be a manager if she can’t control her emotions, all I asked for was store credit but I left with a horrible experience from Best Buy. I was polite to both associates and did not deserve being treated that way .

The staff is the best. Mr. Garcia was so knowledgeable about the product and explained things in clear terms. He answered all my Issues. A business can only be successful if there are good people who are willing to work for you. This store has them.

DO NOT PURCHASE CREDIT CARD WITH BESTBUY OR ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM THAT REQUIRES SHIPPING.
I ordered an item and financed through a BestBuy credit card (JUST ONCE) and did not recieve the item. The photo of "delivery" doesn't even show any shipping label or specific attributes to me. I ordered an expensive item and there wasn't even a signature required which is rediculous! No refunds were given. I disputed the charge and BestBuy credit denied the dipute. I have sent a complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
Update to your response: I did contact your social media team as suggested. Unfortunately, I received the same repeated responses and no meaningful assistance. I was simply referred back to the tracking number and delivery confirmation without my concerns being addressed.
At this point, I have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly and have only been given the runaround. I will be waiting on the CFPB to review this

If I could rate 0 stars that would their score. I went in for a printer because mine died suddenly. I needed a new one for my small business. All the printer i looked at either were out if stock or available at other locations that weren't close to me. The sales people told me they sold everything yesterday but could order it for during the week, obviously I can't wait. When I asked them why they can't have more stock on hand because they are the only electronic store in the area they were very rude in their response. This is the Best Buy at Village Crossing in Skokie, IL. I can honestly see why the Best Buy in Evanston closed, Best Buy has been going down hill for a while. I ended up going to Sam's Club for the exact one I wanted at Best Buy for a better price. I really hope Best Buy reads this review and starts to change. It looks like I'll be going somewhere else.

I ordered a 100-inch TV with a confirmed delivery date of February 5. When I called customer support to ask whether an earlier delivery might be possible, the representative instead changed my delivery date to February 10 without asking or getting my consent.
I immediately called back multiple times and was assured the issue would be escalated and fixed. That never happened.
This wasn’t a shipping delay or inventory issue, it was a customer service error that Best Buy failed to correct. The original delivery date was intentionally scheduled ahead of the Super Bowl, and I had already made plans and invited people over based on that commitment.
For a purchase of this size, the lack of accountability and follow-through was extremely disappointing. I expected far better handling of a simple mistake.
