When I went back they said they couldn't fix it because it was att service and made me go to and ATT store! AND....they demanded that I buy THEIR charger, since the phone didn't come with a charger. I HOPE THE MANAGER READS THIS AND REALIZES WHAT A HORRIBLE STORE THEY HAVE ! Big waste of time with incompetent people.

I came to purchase an iPhone 16E and when a payment error occurred, he refused to help in any way. Instead of offering assistance , he told me—very disrespectfully—to go back and stand in the line again. His tone and behavior were completely out of line. Because of his unacceptable attitude, I walked out without buying anything.

Finally someone came and took us to a table so I could select my phone and watch. Then the sales person just disappeared for about 30 minutes. We were going to leave. I purchased my phone and watch. The set up and synch from the watch to the phone took about 45 minues. We ended being at the store for two hours. The service was horrible. The staff were not properly trained. There was not a sufficient number of knowledgeable staff people. The store became extremely crowded. Someone even came in with a small dog.

I was also given conflicting information — one thing over the phone and something entirely different in person. This inconsistency and poor customer service have made me lose trust in the company.
