  Hostile and unprofessional employee. On March 30, I purchased a Sony camera and lens via your storefront. The items were delivered on Friday, April 3. Today, April 6, I attempted to return the equipment in its original, unopened condition. The interaction with your customer service representative was entirely unacceptable for the following reasons: Baseless Accusations: The employee repeatedly insisted the items had been opened, despite the factory seals remaining fully intact. This attempt to circumvent the return policy by fabricating the condition of the merchandise is fraudulent. Harassment Regarding Policy: After failing to prove the items were opened, the employee questioned why the return was being made four days after delivery. As your official store policy explicitly allows for a 14-day return window, this line of questioning was both irrelevant and adversarial. Unprofessional Conduct: The representative’s demeanor was confrontational and suggested a personal bias that clouded their professional judgment. I had intended to reinvest the refund into a Canon R6 and additional optics at this location. However, due to this experience, I will no longer be conducting business with this company. I expect this matter to be addressed with the staff involved to ensure other patrons are not subjected to similar hostility. Avoid this establishment.

  Not really sure why people are post 1-2-3 months ago as if it's a real thing. These reviews are fake because the store on Touhy is PERMANENTLY CLOSED.

  I was in the area on St. Patrick's Day, and I ran into Stan. He discussed the pros and cons of my security system and showed me his. I was impressed with his knowledge of technology. We also talked about Mesh Routers, and he showed us where he installed it at his home. I was checking out the product he bought at the store and was viewing his security system on his phone. He went out of his way to find the product I needed at a store. This is great customer service in my opinion. If I'm in the need to upgrade or replace my current security system. Best Buy will be my first and only choice.

  This is a much better best buy than the one they closed down on Howard St in Evanston. Still charge ridiculous prices for simple cables and other things you can get for a fraction of the price online.
