I have had numerous phone calls with customer support because of the terrible communication and explanations, and LACK there of. This is not a corporate store and I will never step foot back in here. Corporate Verizon Customer Service/Loyalty Department has had to resolve all the issues created by this store. It is now 01/09/26 and I am still dealing with the issues caused from all the miscommunication and poor explanations.
