(upsell) "I'm good" "Let's look at these bundles..." (upsell) "I don't want to do this. Take my credit card, i just want to buy the phone outright" "That's not how this works, YOU need to listen to me so I can explain it to you" "No, I don't want anything explained to me. I just want to buy the phone" "Yes, and you need to look at these bundles so I can explain it to you" "I'm good, bye" I proceeded to head north a few blocks to another VZW store: "This phone please" *card swipe* "Here you go" Sometimes a customer just wants to buy something that may not provide a lot of value/commission to the store/employee. I get it, it sucks. That doesn't mean you treat the customer like garbage, and even worse like an idiot. I will never return to this store to buy anything of value.
