    I had gotten a brand new phone and unfortunately it broke and I had to exchange my phone. Mina helped me with the entire process and exchange. She answered all my questions and it was such a smooth easy process because of her! Highly recommend asking for Mina!! Super kind and great customer service! Thank you Mina!!

    I was in your store today and we transferred over our At and t phones. I was so happy with the excellent service that I received. Max did an awesome job with telling us all about your phone and plans. The manager Jenna was so helpful and knowledgeable about all of your plans and phones too. Both Jenna and Max very helpful and friendly. Jenna helped me with all the questions I had! I would Definitely recommend this Verizon to everyone. I would also say if you want excellent customer service then go in and see Max and Jenna! You will not be disappointed! Thanks again for all of your help. We are happy to be part of Verizon now! :)

    We have been AT&T customers for 15 years. Max made us feel comfortable and excited about switching over. He spent all the time we needed to get the best deal and parks we wanted. As we we waiting the a very nice manager Jenna came by to see how everything was going. I can see why this location is very busy. Made me appreciate and happy to say when asked that I am now a verizon person.

    Terrible experience at this location. I placed an order for a phone upgrade online and it gave me the option to do in-store pick up. I chose this location as it said they had the phone in stock. Online it mentioned that orders after 2:00 pm would be processed the following day so I waited two days to see if I would receive a pick up ready email but didn’t. I went to this location to see if they had any updates on the status of the order as I hadn’t hear anything and it didn’t give any details online. When I walked in I was acknowledged by Esuad. I asked him if he could check on the status of the order, I gave him the two names it could be under, checked his tablet and said there was nothing there under those names. I again repeated the names and he said there was nothing again, he then checked again and he said he only had one of the two names after a third time looking. He then said the order wasn’t ready, I asked if after two days it was normal to not have an in stock item ready and he just shrugged. I then asked if he knew how much longer to which he said he didn’t know could be 2, 3, or 5 days. I asked if there was no update at all as it doesn’t seem likely to have no information and he just said what’s in the tablet is what I have and it shows nothing. I asked if there was a phone number to call and he just said 611. Overall, he was condescending in his answers and had no desire to help at all. I went into my car and called 611 as he mentioned and spoke with an agent. The agent said she could see the order was shipped to the location which made no sense since when I placed the order it said the phone was in stock. For 25 minutes she was trying to call the location to check if the phone had arrived or not. From the parking lot while on the phone wither and as she tried to call the store I could see 4 team members just huddled around the entrance and talking to each other. At the most they had 4 customers walk in with 3 walking in and out within 5 minutes. The agent was very apologetic and shocked that no one would answer her call while there were more than enough persons able to do it, Esuad being one of them as he would stared out the door every so often. The agent on the phone had to look for other locations nearby with the phone in stock to transfer my order, as no one ever answered her at this location.
