I called strainer service after my visit and they sent me to the location on Lake St in Addison. Literally walked in, was checked in and every issue I had was taken care of in under 30min. Now that’s how it’s done. This Schaumburg location could really use some TRAINING!!

My family and I checked and asked millions of times about an unlimited plan, were lied to, taken advantage of, and charged extra thousands of dollars. The man who sold us this plan and the supervisor did not take ANY accountability for lying to us. It’s sad that two fully grown men cannot take accountability…that shows a lot I guess. I’m going to take this further up to headquarters or someplace where I can actually be helped and these people can be held responsible for their lies and manipulation. This is absurd. I am so beyond angry.
