    My sim card was not working, went to get it fixed at the store, they told me I had to call customer service to get this fixed and sent me home. I called customer service and they told me that this location should have been able to resolve this issue themselves.

    I came and asked to add a tablet on my account. After one month I asked the office to remove it from my account. The representative said that he will remove it from my account and I’ll be charge for the price of the tablet. Next month I saw that I was still charged for the tablet. I return and was assured that it was removed from my account. I found out after a year that I was still pay for a service that I never used. Very incompetent staff. Avoid this office!

    Went to upgrade my mom’s phone and to eliminate unnecessary charges from her bill like hotspot and the extra line on her phone that she doesn’t use as well as to upgrade her phone and change her account pin. I communicated all of these needs to the young male staff that took us, he must have selective hearing because all he did was order the new phone upgrade for us and as soon as the order was processed he was ready to send us on our way. I said not so fast cowboy, we still need help with the other items, he rolled his eyes and instructed us to call customer service. I asked what is the point of coming into the store if they refuse to help us and direct us to customer service. He said only Customer Service can do the changes that you are requesting. Due to his attitude change, I asked to speak to a manager. A very nice female manager came to speak with me, immediately after explaining the situation she helped me reset the pin and also told me that we had to wait for the phone to arrive before we can make changes to the line. Proving in fact that they are able to help you with these processes in store yet they direct to Customer Service to avoid doing the work. I pointed out that this was communicated to the previous staff. If he knew line changes could not be made after a purchase was made. He should’ve prioritized that. Instead, he focused on making a sale, earning a commission and not caring about our other needs. This store prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction, their staff could use training and improve improvement with their Customer Service skills.

    I had an issue with an outage on my phone for over three days. I went to multiple Verizon stores. When I arrived at the store, I got greeted by a representative name, Max. Max was very pleasant and resolved the issues in a matter of minutes. Staff was very pleasant and professional. I really appreciate everything a day do this is one of the best Verizon locations that I’ve been to. Thanks again, Max for your support and your professional
