    We brought in our Dyson Ball Animal that we've had for 10 years because it wasn't picking up. The guy that took care of us was fantastic. He was able to fix a piece that had fallen off and get a clog cleaned out. He showed me how to handle it in the future and how to clean another filter that isn't made any longer.

    Great experience, although my airwrap was beyond repair they gave me excellent service free of charge and offered a few alternative solutions for my dilemma. Happy and satisfied with the experience, will go back again

    If I could give Mike 10 stars, I absolutely would! I brought in my Dyson Big Ball vacuum for repair because the brush was acting up, and Mike went above and beyond. He not only fixed the issue perfectly, making sure it worked just like new but also replaced the filters and even installed a brand-new floor tool for me! Owning a Dyson may come at a cost, but this kind of exceptional service is exactly what makes it worth every penny. Huge thanks to Mike and the Schaumburg team for the outstanding customer care. One very happy and satisfied Dyson customer here! 🙌
