  When my dyson wouldn't turn on anymore I wasn't looking forward to driving to Schaumburg to get it fixed. I was pleasantly surprised how quick and efficient they were. I would recommend getting your device serviced there. It was a good experience.

  Amazing customer service. Walked in and saw 4 customers leave so happy with what the team did for them. Jeff helped us and his attention to detail and kind demeanor was so refreshing.

  I had a really fantastic experience at this repair location. Very knowledge staff with straightforward explanations for everything. Repair costs were reasonable and turnaround time was exceptional

  had a really good experience at the Dyson service center. I went in near the end of the day to purchase a refurbished hair product and was helped right away. The process was smooth and easy. The employee who assisted me was kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. After I completed my purchase, he even included a few extra accessories, which was a nice surprise. I left with exactly what I needed and feeling very happy with the overall experience. Great products, and great service.

  Was very happy with my visit. Took in my humidifier that had stopped humidifying. The technician I worked with (sorry, I didn’t catch his name) was very friendly, explained the issue very thoroughly and even gave me tips so the issue wouldn’t happen again. He fixed the machine while I waited so I didn’t have to make a return trip. The humidifier is working even better than when I first purchased it. Thanks so much for the excellent service.
