She was cordial, very knowledgeable about each product and plan, trustworthy, and she explained everything in a clear and concise manner. JANET was absolutely phantasmic: helpful, resourceful and very smart in eliciting information about our phone (we lost its phone nbr) saving not only the day but our future with a cell phone. Also the table with discounted items was very smart, I found another item that will be useful. I told her I could not stand a long time because of bad problems and she got a chair for me while waiting!d At the other one they tad me they don't answer the phone if a customer is in the store, who would want to deal with them.... THANKS for such a well-organized place and a knowledgeable customer service person!
