    I’m really disappointed with the management at this Apple Store. Even though customers sign in and wait in order, the staff doesn’t follow any clear queue or priority system. People who come in later were being helped before those who had already checked in and waited patiently. When I asked about the delay, the response felt dismissive and unhelpful.

    I was lucky enough to have a friend give me a discount qr code because he works for Apple. I go to use the code and the employee looks at me like he’s never seen a discount code before, calls the manager over and I get nothing but an attitude from him. Lost a customer that’s been going there for a long time. Figure out that managers attitude problem and maybe you wouldn’t have such bad reviews.

    By far one of the worst experience I have ever had at apple. I had to go back to this location three times because of how they handled my trade-in transaction. I ordered the phone online to pick up at this location and scheduled a trade-in for my iPhone 15 pro along with the purchase. When I went and got an iPhone 17 Pro, the phone ended up being defective. I got on the phone with apple support where they scheduled a time 2 days in advance for me to get my phone exchanged for a new iPhone 17 pro. I had to go back to this Apple Store where they made me wait 45 minutes until finally someone took care of me (I SCHEDULED THIS TWO DAYS IN ADVANCE). After I finally got the phone, the store failed to tell me that with the exchange, my trade-in kit would be cancelled. From there, I had to contact apple support again where they had me do a separate trade in transaction for my phone and in exchange they would send me the money back to my payment method. They said all I had to do was pick the gift card option and then they would send me back funds to my payment method after the trade in has been completed. It turns out they recanted what they said to me and they made me go all the way back to this Apple Store so they can fix the mistake that they made in the first place and put the money back on my payments method. After all this back and forth, the misguidance, and wasting my time, money, and gas (I live 20 minutes from this Apple Store) they could’ve at least compensated me a little better, but no. All they were offering me was just free accessories for my phone (like I needed any). Worst experience ever and I will for sure take this to corporate.
