    I want to send a special shout out to Taylor at Woodfield Apple for being so helpful, empathetic, and kind during my last visit on Sunday, 2/15/26. Words can’t express how amazing you were in helping me take care of returning a phone due to a very traumatic experience. That very traumatic experience is what forced me to have to get a new phone. I explained the situation and she listened with compassion. She answered the few questions I had with examples/explanations. Thank you, Taylor!!!

    My recent experience with Apple was extremely disappointing. TLDR: Do NOT visit this store for a repair, your item has high potential to get damaged beyond repair and cost you a lot of time and money. I brought my phone in for service and left feeling more stressed than when I arrived. The communication throughout the process was unclear and inconsistent from staff members Reuben, Mahima and The Manager Tommy. I was not given proper documentation of the alleged damage to my device, nor were my concerns handled with the level of transparency or care I expected from a company like Apple. What was most frustrating was receiving my phone back in worse condition than when I turned it in, with little accountability taken which is also against Apple Policy. When I asked reasonable questions, I felt dismissed rather than supported by both staff and management. As a loyal customer, that was incredibly discouraging. Apple promotes a premium customer experience, but this experience did not reflect that standard. I hope leadership takes customer feedback seriously and improves transparency, communication, and accountability in their service process.

    Absolutely unacceptable service! This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with an Apple Store. I brought my phone in for a simple battery replacement. Instead of fixing it properly, Apple returned my phone scratched and with a non-working screen. The device was in better condition before I handed it over to them. No apology… I was left with a phone that was basically unusable. Because of their technician fault and broken by him logic board I was about to lose all data (my fault I didn’t make backup). Because of Apple’s negligence, I had to spend $200 at a third-party repair shop just to get my phone working again — something that never should have happened in the first place. For a company that constantly brags about “premium service” and charges premium prices, this level of carelessness is shocking. If this is how Apple treats customers and their devices, I seriously question why anyone should trust them with repairs. I will think twice before ever bringing a device back here again.
