Am disabled and while misfits ran around bumping into people being loud and rude to folks when they bump someone walking passed. Or bullies to younger kids. We haven't been there in years and Myself I'm licensed and wish was allowed to carry inside, but wouldn't even if could for why put yourself in a possible dangerous situation. Need more security there and outside

This thing randomly broke out of no where and i was dumbfounded. I made an apointment and showed up the next day. The service tech was inspecting it until the salesman for some reason came and was being very rude and not letting the tech do anything. The sales man trying to make a sale on a newer one convinced the tech that i broke it. Anyway they wanted $750 to fix it. anyway the sales person was very rude and ruined my experience i did get the screen fixed by someone else i am writing the review on it

The kids working there don't know how to open apple account, how to get apple card, even how to shoot ID... During two visits I couldn't buy an ipad for my daughter Christmas gift. I don't recommend!

Pro tip - always make a reservation even if you are just browsing. It’ll guarantee you personal service with an employee. Happy Apple-ing
