  I highly recommend this Dyson service center for their expertise and efficiency. I brought in two non-functioning hair dryers; they fixed one on the spot and gave a clear, honest explanation as to why the other was beyond repair. I fully expected to leave my items for weeks, so I was thrilled with the immediate turnaround. They even offered a generous discount on a replacement unit. Between the expert service and quick turnaround, the hour-long drive was well worth it. I’ll definitely be back if needed.

  I have been using the Dyson hairdryer at my salon for almost 10 years, with many stops in the repair centers during that time to tune up my machines or replace them if necessary. Marco at the Schaumburg location has been the most helpful out of any of the technicians I have spoken with over the last 10 years! He took the time to explain exactly what was happening, what I was doing wrong in my upkeep of it, and how to properly maintain the machine going forward. He was kind, patient, and very thoughtful, and truly gave above and beyond service! Thanks so much Marco!

  I had an excellent experience at this Dyson Service Center. Jeff at this location was truly amazing! He helped me and greatly explained and informed me about the product part that I was looking to purchase. Jeff was very nice and efficient through the whole process. I would definitely come back if I had any concerns regarding my Dyson products.

  I had such a great experience getting help with my 15-year-old Dyson vacuum thanks to Marco! He walked me through troubleshooting step by step, was incredibly patient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Not only did he save me from making a 2-hour round trip drive, but he also helped me avoid the cost of buying a new vacuum. That kind of honesty and expertise is hard to find these days. I truly appreciate the time he took to help and would absolutely recommend working with Marco if you ever need assistance. Thank you again!

  I had a very disappointing experience at Dyson service. I came in because I suspected an issue with my battery. Before going there, I had already tested my vacuum using my friend’s battery (same model), and it worked perfectly — so I knew the problem was the battery only. However, when the technician checked my vacuum, she told me that BOTH the battery and the main body needed to be replaced, with a total cost of over $250. That didn’t make sense to me, so I explained that I had already tested it with another battery and it worked fine. After I insisted, she tried another battery in front of me, and suddenly said, “Oh, I think the problem is the battery.” This was exactly what I had been saying from the beginning. This experience made me feel like I was being pushed toward unnecessary repairs and higher costs. If I didn’t already know the issue, I might have agreed to replace parts that didn’t need replacing. On top of that, I was quoted $129 for the battery, while the same battery is listed for $99 on Dyson’s website. They do not price match. I recommend being very careful, doing your own research, and asking questions before agreeing to any repairs. If you already know something works on your device, don’t let them convince you to replace additional parts unnecessarily.
