    Always best quality items. Good lego selection. But this visit, I had to let an ATT rep know ' I'm not interested ' repeatedly when he tried to sign me up for something. I'd rather not be solicited to in a store, so unpleasant. He looked like a young brown haired Timothy Olyphant, happened Fri night Apr 10.

    I visited this store around 3pm on 4/8/26. Terrible experience as a gay man in store. I was going to return a laptop l and I was immediately met with aggressive demeanor from the greeter when I entered the store. He then said "we cant help you" I walked past him and went to checkout. I reported the incident to checkout person who didnt really give a crap about it. I went to sales floor afterwards and kid you not 14 sales people approached me to help me. When i said no, a handful of them asked why and didnt stop to ask questions even when I told them I feel harassed. I truly believe that the terrible demeanor towards me was because of my sexual orientation as the aggressive demeanor was apparent immediately when I entered the store and it was from multiple staff member.

    Compré una garantía por dos años con ellos para todos mis productos y hace 8 meses compré una impresora y dejó de funcionar la lleve para que me hicieran la reparación y me dicen que por que mi membresía no la pagué que se canceló mi garantía les dije ok pero el producto no funcionó ni un año y ellos dicen que no es su problema que yo no pague mi membresía y que si la pago me hacen valer mi garantía eso es un chantaje para que sigan pagando

    I just Bought meta quest yesterday. They tried to sucker me into buying their membership so I can do 60 day return.... I called them out for trying to trick me and lying right in my face with the manager present there in their TV area checkout counter. I have been coming to this discusting store for 23 years now and this will be my last purchase. They do not respect their customer at all. Some of their hired young kids need better ethical training in terms of telling the truth. I always supported Best buy but now I feel disappointed and disgusted with their customer service.... :-( I would give them minus review if I could.

    I was supposed to have the floor models of a washer and dryer from this location delivered to my house the week after I purchased them. They were rescheduled twice because their distribution center never received them from the store for delivery. I went in to speak to a manager after the first time it was rescheduled and was assured by Christian Olive that they went out the Wednesday before and that he would call over the weekend to make sure they were processed for delivery the following weekend. He also said I would get $200 back for the inconvenience. After no follow up, I finally reached out to him and he said I must have “misunderstood” because he had no authority to refund money for the purchase. If you have no authority to begin with, don’t give specific dollar amounts and there won’t be a misunderstanding. He also never confirmed the distribution center processed the appliances for delivery like he said he would. He basically gave false promises so I would leave without returning my purchase and provided no actual help to rectify the situation. Customer service also couldn’t help so I ended up returning everything. The only positive experience was from Kayla, the salesperson that helped me pick the right models for my needs. Everything after her, was garbage. Confirmations of scheduled deliveries immediately followed by cancellation calls. An automated A.I. bot phone system that sends you to some random call center with no ability to help other than process returns. A manager with no authority to help that promises to do things he has no authority to do. I’m officially done with Best Buy.
