I had went to this location early enough to be taken care and make my transition as smooth as possible and the impression I left with was they had no interest in doing business with me. I got there and there was not even one soul in the location and yet two employees they seemed bothered I walked in there. What stroked me even more was the fact that one of them was the actual store manager. I did appreciated the info I received. But, I did felt that was just to get rid of me. I hope they were just started wrong because if, that is a ritual I feel bad for the business. I was able to get my two lines transferred over to verizon but, after that experience I felt it was best to do it by phone. Which I did!.
