    The store manager K I had a very unpleasant experience at this Verizon store. The sales consultant changed my plan without my permission and did not explain clearly what I was signing. Because of a language barrier, I trusted him, but later found out that the plan was switched and the promotion I was promised ($1000 off a new iPhone as a new customer) was never applied. This behavior feels dishonest and manipulative. The consultant was more focused on pushing a sale than helping a customer understand the offer. I expected honesty and transparency, but instead I felt deceived. I strongly advise future customers to double-check everything before agreeing to any changes in this store.

    I went to this store last week to pay my wife's bill and it was closed at 1230pm on a weekend. Then tonight my wife went there for help with her phone and they sold her a new phone supposedly that had more storage, it did not, so refused to take it back and never hooked up the new phone and leaving the old phone disconnected. Now she has no phone. My wife's Father is 93yrs old and if anything happens she cannot take his calls, also we have a Grandson who has leukemia and she's is on call to help if he has to go to hospital.

    I had a really frustrating experience at this Verizon (Russell Cellular) store. They messed up transferring my number from T-Mobile, acted like I was bothering them just for trying to trade in my phone for an upgrade and then added a bunch of “perks” I never asked for which brought my projected bill to over $400 for just two lines. Thankfully, when I called Verizon support directly, they fixed my account and even mentioned that this location handled my transaction incorrectly. Overall, terrible customer service and a lack of transparency. I highly recommend going to a different Verizon store.
