Which is ridiculous i never heard of a charge just be helped. When I explained that to staff member she explained it's something they just started up but there's no charge for them to help me apply for there credit card they should be ashamed of them self in how greedy they gotten. If this continues I will take my business somewhere else. What a joke Verizon has gotten and what a joke they gotten in there customer service SHAMEFUL

I don’t know her name because she never introduced herself. Which I’m guessing she probably never does to anyone because of her poor customer service. She was more worried about collecting my money and handing me the stuff to move on to the next customer just to make a sale. I also specifically made it VERY CLEAR multiple times that I did NOT want or need the insurance on my device, come to find out the next day when I go was going through my account that she had added it on anyways. I wasn’t going to leave a review on my experience but when finding out she added it on to get credit and paid for it completely pissed me off! So now you will be receiving a charge back hope that makes your day when you login to your account and see you starting your shift in the negative. She should not be an employee if that’s how she expects to earn her money by charging people for things they don’t want nor need! I will say, I will NEVER be back to this store again!
