Oh, so now I have to deal with the phone reps too? It’s like passing the baton in a relay race of incompetence. When I asked for clarification, the guy actually said, 'I don’t really know how it works either.' Sir, YOU WORK HERE. I left the store with no solutions, no apology, and a strong urge to switch to two tin cans and a string. Save yourself the trip and just Google your problem—it’ll be faster, and you won’t have to deal with the attitude.
