Took a computer there. No appointment. We got it in. 99 dollars to look at it. Mother board is bad. We tried many times to return their call. Never got into Rockford il. Drove over there to tell them to use their parts. None in stock. ( this is where it gets strange) I can order the part from Best Buy. Then drive the 38 miles to drop it off. They install the part for about 100 dollars. Okay. Best Buy has the part. I can’t ship it to the store. Must deliver it. Why can’t they order the part. Fix my computer. Then I pick it up. This “fix” will have me drive to the store 4 times. Drop off. Talk to. Drop the part off. Pick computer up. What a pain and a mess. They need to get their own parts.

Fantastic experience! The guys were so kind and helpful and spent a lot of time fixing our Internet connection issues as well as giving us helpful tips for going forward. Could not have asked for better.

Go in to fix 1 problem and come out with multiple problems 3 days later after they "fix" the initial problem. Find some other service who won't screw you over.
