  Just left the E. State location. The younger Hispanic gentleman did not help us with a new phone purchase. We had to ask all of our questions to which we received an I don’t know response. We ended up leaving without purchasing. Please consider putting reps in your store that DO in fact know about the phones you are selling. Also, the “upgrade” we were offered was on a 40.00 phone that was going to cost us 80.00. No thank you.

  Tuve una mala experiencia en este lugar , fui a activar mi teléfono , obviamente tomando en cuenta que casi estaban por cerrar , también tenían un cliente más en la tienda y estaban atendiéndolo , la chica uso la excusa de que le cerraban su sistema y que la otra caja también se cerraría el sistema en cualquier momento, fue un rotundo no ! También llegué y obviamente estaba abierto , todos tenemos mucho trabajo aveces andamos a las carreras no es justo que valla por un servicio y me digan que no 🫠

  Zero stars if I could. I went in to Cricket to see if I can get my photos from my old Cricket phone to my new Cricket phone and she acted like how dare I ask if I didn't get the phone there and that's what my $25 activation fee was for and she can't touch my phone. Then turned around to another customer like I was invisible. All I wanted was a suggestion on how to transfer my pics over. Don't go to East State...
