    Purchased something 3 weeks ago for a present and can't return it. Nothing wrong with it. From now on I'll order from Amazon so I can return it with no headaches.

    Very poor customer service if you order ahead online for store pickup. I ordered a deep freezer and was notified within 30 minutes that it was ready for pick up, I couldn’t make it in immediately so went a few days later and did curbside pickup. After arriving on the website and sitting in the parking spot for over 15 minutes I noticed nobody was going to come out so I went in to get the product and be on my way just to be told they can’t find it. Another 15 minutes goes by and a young man with no name tag comes up and apologizes and says he’s on it and he’ll go locate the freezer. Another 10-15 minutes goes by before he comes back and goes to a computer and just stares at it, I then asked for a manager to attempt to get this resolved more efficiently and he goes “I am the manager”, a name tag and professionalism would have displayed that. He once again says he’s going to find the product and overall 1 hour later he walks out with the correct item on a pallet jack and apologizes and tells me he would refund me $50 for the hassle which would have been nice but he didn’t do so, and I don’t even know the guys name as he wasn’t wearing a name tag or identified himself correctly. Avoid yourself the headaches and either shop in store or better yet shop at another store altogether.

    I have made 4 trips about my computer repair and there hasn’t been a single helpful person any time I go. It wastes an hour of my time and gas. This is a tech store but they can’t do a simple repair without lying to me

    Purchased a refrigerator on a Saturday with a delivery date the following Thursday… after emptying my fridge… no show and was told, nothing was on the truck. The said they’d schedule for the following week Tuesday or Thursday. So which is it? Or will the same scenario ensue? What day should I empty the fridge? Unable to reach salesman. Very POOR customer service!

    They should be forced to tell you the absolute ridiculous return policy this company offers at check out. I went to return a cable I had purchased for a photo shoot that I didn’t end up needing.. it was the same month still (25 days to be exact) so I didn’t even think anything of it. Was told I am out of luck it’s out side of their FIFTEEN day return policy… no store credit nothing, just screwed. BUT I was informed at this point that I could pay for a membership that allows 60 days for returns on future purchases..no thanks, will just be sure to never purchase anything here again. To the reply: yes because the first thing I do when I buy something at a major chain store is sit down and read their receipt to find out their return policy. 15 days when there is not a location right by where you live is not sufficient time for someone to make a special trip to return an item, let alone a working mom of 2 young kids. I don’t know a corporate store that offers less than 30 days for returns or some sort of store credit. Especially with the receipt in hand for an unopened/unused item. It has to be the worst return policy out there and will ultimately hurt your business more than it will help - I am sure of that. Good luck!
