I was having problems getting the software and files from my old machine onto the new one and ran into some opostion from Geek Squad, but after some extra effort I was connected with Tristan at Geek Squad and he was more than helpful. Tristan went out of his way to ensure the software was working on the new computer. Tristan and Tirece at Geek Squad were great to work with. Chris in computer sales was also very friendly and helpful. Thanks to all.

- DWDavid WilliamMar 6, 20261.0I order over 4000 worth of stuff in the last 3 weeks I had a freezer delivered to my mom it was defective they scheduled for it to be exchanged, never showed up on the date that it was supposed to be exchanged then my fridge, stove and dishwasher.was supposed to get delivered i had to call them to find out there was a issue with delivery tell me both deliveries will be delayed for 7 day each for issue on there end
