This wasn't something I was aware of until I asked for help. 30$! Not a token $10, but 30$! WTH do we pay for monthly that customer service is nit part of the package? I detest the continuation of pay for what I assumed was part of using V, but you have us by the short hairs. Pay it or go without service. Thats seems like a criminal offense. A company with a net worth of $ 400 billion and annual revenue of $ 138.2 billion feels the need to charge $30 for customer service. When do these billion-dollar companies believe we are charging our customers enough? Obviously, never.
