We had charges added that were never disclosed including a Verizon Protection Plan ($19/month) and 100 GB hotspot - which my elderly mother definitely does not need ot intend to add. We caught it after a couple of months of charges and we're now in the process of trying to request a refund, but we may have to eat the cost. I genuinely feel duped and will not return to this store.

Unfortunately, Jack must not have been around when I went to upgrade my phone. The man who assisted me made me feel dumb for wanting the color & storage size of the phone I was asking for (called me “ridiculous” twice). Phone was finally ordered & was shipped to store. It came in on a day this guy said he wasn’t working - perfect!! New chance with a new associate. NOPE. This guy came in on his day off & just happened to be there??? Hanging out in the back??? So now I have to deal with him again. He proceeds to set up my phone & charge me for the set up (something that I did not ask for nor was I made aware of that I would be charged for this). On top of that - he says I can leave the store WiFi & the phone will finish setting up on cellular. This did not happen & the phone froze so I had to then restart & do all the set up myself - which normally I prefer to do anyways, but I just apparently paid for him to do that so what was I paying for?? THEN this guy tells me I’ll get a text for a $30 coupon to use at the store. This text never came. Truly please do not go here. I did not expect buying a phone to be this wild. It felt like a fever dream I could not get out of
