They ordered the wrong phone and it was supposed to be fixed and apparently it never was. They promised us our phones would be in in two days and it is now been over a month and we still don’t have phones. The last time I called it was nothing but attitude and saying that we need to go up to the store, but the last time I called supposedly everything was fixed and it never was. Every time I ask about our phones, they say that they’re on backorder, but I clearly see people with the new iPhone. I should’ve just went through an agent and I should’ve never gone to the store because clearly they don’t know what the hell they’re doing And I’m sick of the attitude

Finally got it what we thought we done was open 2 new phone lines and order 2 new iphone 17 pro max’s. apparently they were back ordered which they did not state in the store that day said they would be there in 2 business days. Wrong so we been waiting for shipments to come in supposed to be middle of the month. called today apparently they ordered phones one came in but it’s the wrong phone and now all of a sudden no account was created. which is crazy to me they gave us the credit limit. so waited a whole month to thinking we had phones ordered and nothing. So apparently we wasted our time that day to go into the store to accomplish nothing. Should have just done it through a verizon agent. Definitely won’t be returning to that store.
