- RRRebekah4 days ago1.0Just needed to come in and get an upgrade on my phone that completely stopped working a few days ago. Came in during “open” hours on Saturday… twice- and BOTH times, the doors were locked and no one was there. No notice on the door or website- everything said they were open. Called multiple times throughout the day and it went straight to voicemail. Came back the next day during open hours… again, not open (doors locked, but lights were on). Decided to go online to try to schedule an appointment and scheduled it for a few hours later in hopes that someone would actually be there… nope. Same lights on and locked doors. Called multiple times, same automated message saying they were “busy helping other customers.” I am going out of town today and won’t have a working phone until a store is actually open. Honestly debating switching services after this incident. Hoping this hasn’t been a problem for anyone else.
