I then tried to connect with the Verizon corporate line, but jared hung up on me and refused to assist. When I called back to speak with a supervisor, they stated that Jared must have gotten disconnected, despite the Verizon representative confirming that he hung up on me. I expressed my desire to file a complaint, and the supervisor responded unprofessionally. Therefore, I would advise against visiting this location. While I am satisfied with Verizon's service, plans, and affordability, I strongly recommend avoiding the Verizon TCC store in Quincy, Illinois. Furthermore, Tristan failed to process the rebate correctly, resulting in a delay of over $800, and I have spent over an hour on the phone with Verizon attempting to resolve this issue.
