He was extremely patient & kind, very thorough and even went the extra step to help explain to my daughter and I all of our options available. Ethan needs a promotion! Unlike many others unfortunately the last time I came in Jake did not help me at all. He actually failed to report to Verizon that I turned in my daughter’s old phone, so therefore thanks to Ethan my bill is being credited over $600. Jake didn’t explain anything to me when I asked and was rushing me the whole entire time. Thanks again for all your help Ethan!

I am so happy to have AT&T, because my family, friends and neighbors in Sheridan, IL are all having terrible connections. They have even gotten new phones and still the service is unusable. I am posting this review because THEY CAN'T. No improvement very soon then we'll be reporting to news sources on how terrible it is.
