When informed of this they made no genuine efforts to make it right in any significant way despite being 100% in the wrong from start to finish. Customer service is a nightmare to deal with, and corporate does not value customer retention or company accountability at all. You could not pay me to purchase anything from this, or any other, Best Buy store in the future.
