I specifically asked if I would have to pay a fee if I switched my phone online instead of in store with them, and he said YES that either way I'd have to pay that fee. Well (no) SURPRISE, he lied to me. I called to try to get a credit for being lied to and they said they can't give credits that it is all done through headquarters and told me to call 611. Well wouldn't you know it, the STORE has to credit the $ because they are the ones who receive and benefit from the activation fees, not corporate. Disgusted by the run around and hope to educate others not to be duped by the sales team in the store. They just want you to spend more than is necessary so they get the $/commission. KNOW YOUR FACTS!!!
