I’m sure they’re fine vets but I’m genuinely disappointed in my experience with them. I called them over a month ago to ask if they take hedgehogs, when I was told they do I proceeded to make an appointment for nov 8. When I asked her how much it would cost she told me it was free since I was a new patient. I was surprised, anyways that was the beginning of October all this time goes by I’m preparing for the appointment this weekend and then I get a call today to let me know that in fact my appointment will not be free because I have an exotic animal. I am not mad about the money rather that I was told it would be free and the lady on the other end of the phone was informed about species size color gender age etc so she knew I was making an appointment for a hedgehog because that was the first thing I asked is if they treat them. To then call me a few days before the appointment when I had scheduled it over a month ago to tell me that it actually won’t be free is extremely unprofessional. Had they caught this mistake earlier i wouldn’t have been taken aback but it’s too late with the appointment being in a few days to call me to say this. This just left a sour taste in my mouth of my experience with them.

The doctor was very kind, but feel they could communicate to customers better to avoid unexpected charges.

Brought a beautiful stray male cat that we found years ago here. We called him “Stinker”. The cat had a white film over his right eye. The Oriental doctor there examined him and told us that his eye had to be removed due to an infection. She said if we did not do that it would spread to the other eye. My wife said “NO!”. She told the doctor that she was going to trust in the power of God to heal his eye. The doctor gave her a weird look and said “Well anyways if you change your mind, here is the information to go forward with the eye removal”. She prayed over our cat and prayed with the laying of hands over his eye. To this day he is 100% healed and has 2 eyes to see out of. He is a beautiful healthy and very happy cat. He is very spoiled and we love him that way. Unbelievable how a doctor could just tell us to pull out the eye of a defenseless little animal. To this day we thank the Lord Jesus Christ that we did not listen to that doctor. We will NEVER step foot back into this clinic ever again. Be careful with this place. Get a second or third opinion somewhere else. If you don’t, you might regret it.
