  Don’t be late for your appointment because they will cancel it. After adopting a dog from a shelter in another state I received a free check-up from VCA. They called me every day until I made an appointment at this one, closest to (but not anywhere near, where I live. I was 7 minutes late and they told me my appt had been canceled. What a waste of time for both VCA and I.

  I would give this place zero stars if I could. Seven years ago we brought our dog here and were told she was “perfectly healthy.” THREE DAYS LATER she collapsed. A massive tumor was found near her heart and she died a week later. Somehow we kept coming back because we liked Dr. Mack — but now that Dr. Mack has left, this place has officially shown its true colors. Earlier today our dog was having a clear allergic reaction. We sent my husband there immediately on a Saturday. First they said a tech could see her and a doctor would step in if it got worse. Then they suddenly called back and said “actually we can’t see her.” My husband’s phone had died, so when he arrived in person THEY TURNED AWAY A DOG HAVING AN ALLERGIC REACTION. We had to drive another 30 minutes to the ER where the emergency vet confirmed that this clinic absolutely could have taken a look at her. After 15 years of loyalty, this is how they treat patients. And let’s not forget the day we found out our first dog was dying — the receptionists were sitting around eating and laughing while families were devastated in the waiting room. Read the room. When you work in veterinary care, compassion matters. Clearly VCA doesn’t have any. My daughter has said for years that this place is incapable of properly caring for animals — and now I fully believe her. If you love your pet like family, DO NOT bring them here. They are careless, unprofessional, and heartless when it actually matters. Never again.

  Warm, friendly and knowledgeable staff Caring very caring, follow-up calls, Veteran's discount applied, explained on a lay person term all things...highly recommended my beautiful cat "TIGER" AKA "TIGER STAR" AKA "TIGERRRR"
