- PKPatrick KremerSep 5, 20251.0Clueless. Replaced my nephew’s laptop fans, broke the daughter IO card in the process, refused to fix it. Tried to make him sign paperwork saying the repair was satisfactory. If you’ve got a Dell that is out of warranty, just go online and do the Dell repair service. It would have been faster and cheaper if we’d just gone with Dell support in the first place.

- DDDanielApr 3, 20235.0If you have something that is going to need a bit of troubleshooting to figure out, you’re probably going to be waiting a while. These guys are pretty much always backed up with the amount of work they have to do so i don’t put blame on them. besides that, they did a pretty good job helping me with my computer and communicating with me. If you’re not as tech savvy, these guys will tell you exactly what’s going on with what you’re bringing in and even give you suggestions after it’s fixed for improvements (preventative maintenance, parts to consider replacing in the future, etc.) overall if you aren’t in a rush to get whatever you’re bringing in back in working condition these guys are probably your best bet.
