He was able to navigate my issue while understanding the concern with no problem. Big kudos to him for his poise and communication.

Than when I tried to return the case. Ashley from customer service did not let me return it. She said I was past the 14 days. I tried to return it on the 14th day but she was said I was late either way. 50 dollars and 5+ hours of my time wasted because of this place. For a corporation that makes all this money. You don’t know how to train or respect customers. Will never be coming back here for anything but my 50 dollars. If Best Buy decides to right there wrong.
