Bad experience.!
Bougth a 85in Samsung TV and was damage, went back to returned or exchange but the manager (Daniela Carrillo) was rude and blame me for the damage and said she could take it back or do and exchange. Now I’m stuck with a $900 broken TV

Don't waste your time and money on the protection plans. You can't speak to anyone from the store over the phone its all call centers with no helpful information at all.

Don’t use the “ready in one hour” pickup, days later you still won’t have your product. Unless for some reason they have the best price go somewhere else. Bad business practices and trying to just speak with someone at the store while calling is impossible. They hold your money and don’t give you the product then make you wait 7-10 days to get it back. Just don’t waste your time or money here.

Not a good experience super stress
I ask a worker to help me open the glass because i wanted to buy air pods he told me to to go to where they are Like no crap i know I just wanted help to open it for me me becuase every one was busy
So i just left with nothing I rather buy ut somewhere else so i went to walmart

Hello , I went in to Best Buy yesterday. I was told the manager was very busy , The manager is question was at the return counter JUSTYNA / She was not busy , I explained like 3 times why I was there . I felt like I was speaking another language . I went in the store to inform her of the issue I was having with my 2 nd washer I purchased , because the first one was defected . The washer was not delivered on date 12/8 it was delivered 12/12 . She said so your telling me you want compensation , because your product was a day late . NO ma'am I said 4 days late . The manager doesn't listen at all & WASN'T willing to HELP me at all !! She told me that customer service / Corporate told me to come in to the store ,so that they could get me off the phone . JUSTYNA has no customer service skills to be in management ... She is very demeaning & dismissive ! I told her have a wonderful night & I didn't get a respond at all !! I will never go to Oswego BEST BUY AGAIN . THANKS SO MUCH TO YOUR MANGEMENT JUSTYNA NOT WILLING TO HELP AT ALL !!
