Aurora location looks better, has a better selection, and actual helpful managers. Some dude in their India based call center was more helpful than TWO managers, and the dude never even been the US let alone a Best Buy. At least the normal workers tried. Can't wait until Microcenter arrives :)
Edit: Reading the other reviews, it seems managers are a consistent point of issues.

Went to Geek Squad they said I need a new power cord. Then a man from Best Buy helped us he was extremely helpful and took his time. Was at the Oswego store.

Went to the store, bought something and left. Realized I thought I was charged wrong. Tried calling and as type I was “on hold” for over 6 minutes waiting for someone to pick up. I finally hung up after a little after that. Gave 2 stars because the cashier sorta dealt with me trying to use rewards and a gift card. And I couldn’t get it to work.

Justyna the manager has zero I mean zero customer service skills. Thinks she can talk down on people because shes a "manager" couldn't manager herself out of a paper bag. Having total tech they are supposed repair or replace the products under the plan. They could not fix it so they gave store credit to repurchase the items, however, that item has gone up in price significantly.They refuse to price match the price we paid to get our item replaced. Would not recommend shopping here or buying the plan.

If I could give the Oswego store with zero stars, I would. Ammarrzing was a greeter at the door who provided me direction to where I can find the product I was looking for. I approached Ammar again expressing that I needed help. He stated that he could not help me because he was helping someone else…. hmmm. There was no one around. Then, Lex appears and Ammar says after I finish speaking with them, I will come and assist you, give me five minutes. We waited over ten minutes. Then, I decided I will go elsewhere, let me just get the product I came in here for. Now, I am standing at the cash register and no one is providing any customer service. Then, as I am walking out, Lex ask if I need anything… at this point, are you kidding me, I just stated I am going somewhere I can get customer service. This has been the absolute worst customer service experience here in Oswego. Best Buy, you have to do better!
