  Y’all made me come around 730pm on locker for a 24/7 pickup and it not 24/7 it 24/5 and I don’t want to hear we apologize period

  Since my previous review, I had a much better experience with a DIFFERENT Customer Service Technician at this location with excellent customer service. Frank answered all of my questions, uncovered the phone issue and completed the process. Along with the manager's assistance, I felt heard and now I am on the road to correcting my phone/watch issue!!

  An issue with my iPhone had my husband and I go to 5 different stores and spend hours on the phone with apple and Verizon trying to get someone to help and there was no one who could do more than tell us to call or visit somewhere else. We visited today and Alex was the first person who really tried to help solve our issues and truly went above and beyond anything we could have expected. Alex was so knowledgeable and friendly and sincerely helpful that I left the store thinking “wow, maybe my phone dying was a blessing in disguise!” Alex was able to find a solution that not only solved our problem but wound up saving us money on our monthly bill that we otherwise would have never known about. We live about 40 minutes from this store and despite many other stores being much closer, we are planning on going back to this store again next week to finish up our upgrades and trade ins. Thank you so much to this store and to Alex who restored my faith in customer service and made a weeklong frustration worth it in the end!

  Frank Jackson was fabulous and he provided great customer service. We came in with a big problem with one of our devices and he knew how to fix it right away even though specialists at another Verizon location were unable to help with the same issue. He solved our problem quickly and he answered all of our questions. We would strongly recommend him.
