The young woman who helped me was wonderful. She put my screen protector on perfectly only one small bubble near the edge that dissipated quickly. She showed me her work explained what she did and I was out of there in no time. Very friendly people great environment to shop.

I just got the nastiest stink guy by an African-American woman who works in the center customer service area by the phones. I have never met a girl who was so rude to a customer for just asking politely if I could get her help I was amazed like what did I do to deserve such A nasty look get out of the business. If you don’t wanna be at work, I will not be returning as you guys can’t even keep your stock full Of anything good

I am truly speechless. Mia, Spencer, and Justin I cannot thank enough for their customer service assistance. They helped me a lot and I am very thankful for their kindness. They went above and beyond what they need to do to help me find the product I am looking for and get it for me.

Not a good experience. Less than 1 star. You need to beg for assistance that never comes. I asked 3 people in blue shirts for help and they were all busy with other people. Saw lots of blue shirt walking around no one offered to help me until I was walking out to leave. Did not feel welcomed in. The "greeter" as I was leaving asked if I found everything I said no never got help. You would think she would have said something kind in reply but in her true self turned to her co-worker and said loud enough to be heard that I didn't say I needed help. Best buy if this is your best i will NOT be back. Very disappointing.

This best buy clean and organized. Security up front was friendly and attentive. However, we were told to wait in the PC section for assistance and we waited almost 30 minutes before getting assistance. There was no one in that department to help us. We attempted to waive down 3 additional employees who then told us to wait by the windows desk and that they didn't work in that department. We already knew what we wanted and needed some one to pull the item for us. Shouldn't be that hard.. Maybe next time I want to buy a $500 item, I'll order it online.
