    Started off looking at the sports card section, and getting hounded down if I was “okay?” I was more than fine, then I get told there is a limit of 2 sports card boxes per person ( I had 4 boxes) and gave my friend the other two boxes becuase supposedly there is a “two box limit per person” and still get turned away? All becuase of the ladies big enormous ego!! No wonder why nobody goes to BestBuy

    Placed a delivery order from the Orland Park store. Delivered the next day which was great. Opened up everything and someone had stolen the actual product out of the box and replaced it with garbage and something different. Got the run around from the call center and no way to contact the store directly. The only solutions presented were drive an hour to the store or wait two weeks to return the trash I received, have it verified, get replacement authorization, and have the replacement sent to me.

    BEWARE! These people are scammers! An associate Buz/Boz told me I would get a new Iphone when I sign up for Verizon but Verizon ended up billing me for the phone (plus my phone bill was higher than what the associate said). I returned the phone in less than 7 days and the Manager (supposedly - who knows? they lie) told me they will refund me for all my transactions. When I returned the phone the same associate was there. They gave me the receipt stating everything was refunded. But Verizon continued to bill me for the phone. I contacted both parties (Best Buy and Verizon), both did not give me a solution. Yes, even went back to Best Buy and was told they cannot do anything. Until now, it is still a problem. I did my part as a consumer. Best Buy and Verizon Wireless has to do a better job.
