Go to any Best Buy for repairs, whatever you do don’t go to this store. My daughter had the computer a week, nothing even on the computer. They repeatedly called for the password, and I eventually told them just wipe the computer because they can’t handle writing down a password. They then wipe it, but return the laptop with a different Apple ID called Apple with no instructions with any password for that account. I then try to call the store and I get hung up on twice between being put on hold between repair and the front desk, then the automated service repeatedly brings me to Apple support instead of the store who made the random id and left it on there. Go to Best Buy with your Apple care, every time. Best Buy’s geek squad is easy to get a hold of and communicates everything fully, and doesn’t forget instructions on how to get in while they delay the repair each time they wait for you to call back.

I had a great experience at this Apple Store yesterday. Marie was the first person who helped me, and she was so kind, patient, and understanding of how frustrated I was after dealing with this issue for quite some time. She listened with compassion and made me feel heard from the very beginning. When she realized the issue needed additional support, she didn’t hesitate to bring in her manager.
Dave, the manager, went above and beyond. He patiently walked me through exactly what needed to be done, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood each step. Even though the store was extremely busy, he never made me feel rushed or like an inconvenience and gave me his full attention until the issue was fully resolved.
Both Marie and Dave showed exceptional professionalism and customer care. Their kindness and patience truly made a stressful situation so much easier, and I am very grateful for their help. This is exactly the level of service that keeps customers loyal. Thank you both!

Horrible experience deserves zero stars. I wish I would have read the other reviews & saved myself the trouble! ..I had a scheduled service appointment for a battery change December 30th & chose this location…for some reason the address they have on google & through the support app is incorrect so when I arrived initially it sent me to the wrong place, about 5 minutes away (I know now that the actual store is located inside Orland mall)..so I called the store & was sent to Apple support instead of directly to the store which took 15 minutes to actually get the call redirected so someone at the store could tell me the exact location & I was told that they would still honor my appointment due to all of the confusion..when I finally found a park & got to the store no one greeted me when I initially walked in, it was crowded so I just found my way on my own to the back..stood & waited a couple minutes & then sat down waiting another 12 minutes or so until I finally got the attention of someone to assist me..it is now my understanding that it is Apple’s policy (at least the branded retail stores) to set up specific service appointments, have you drive all the way to the location, check you in, run all of the diagnostic tests..just to tell you that the part you need that they should be aware of before you go through all of that trouble is, or in my case, isn’t in stock & to try to reschedule you for another day or send you to a different location. VERY INCONSIDERATE & INCONVENIENT! Instead of having a specified inventory count for the specific service appointments so someone could call ahead of time and reschedule if needed. I could understand if you were to just walk in and this is the case but what’s the point of setting an appointment?! I drove basically an hour to this location wasted gas, time, & energy just to be told that I would have to come back another day or drive to the nearest location which for me was about another hour away. I declined. Especially with the weather conditions as they are! I feel they do this hoping they can try to convince you to buy another product and get a sell (because of course I was asked if I wanted to upgrade, trade-in, or buy something new before I was made aware of the battery not being available) because to me there’s no other justified explanation as to why they would knowingly have you go through all of that trouble when they know ahead of time their inventory & should have a count for specific appointments for each. I’ll continue to go to a Best Buy or any other Apple service affiliates for my service needs as I have in the past & continue to make my purchases online when I’m ready for an upgrade.
