After checking in, I waited about 20 minutes with no one coming to help me, and since I had a doctor appointment after that, I said I had to go for that reason. The representative asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I said, No...(I already went out of my way to get there). He said, "Ok, I'll cancel you," and moved onto the next victim. No apology, nothing.
