  I’m not the type of guy to write negative reviews but I came in on a Genius Bar appointment and Angelina refused to fix my phone and was being very rude and refused to help me and spent her entire time trying to sell me a new phone which I clearly don’t need and when I said I’m not interested I just need the dust cleaned out of my charging port she said “Then I don’t feel like helping you”. I go to other Apple stores all the time and they never give me any problems and they clean the dust in the charging port and there employees are always nice. Her manager Dave was very helpful though. I do hope that management addresses this.

  I signed up for a class that this location was offering. I went inside the store a little earlier than the class time, to browse and purchase a laptop. After deciding on the one I was going to purchase, I was escorted by that same representative who helped me decide on a laptop, to the part of the store where the class will be held. After 15 mins of sitting there, Apple employees walking past me without asking if I needed help or anything, I got the attention of a sales rep. However, he decided that engaging in a conversation with his employee about something unrelated to work, was more important than acknowledging me asking him a question. After about 2-3 mins, he finally said “you have a question”. I said yes, Is the class that was supposed to start at 5pm still happening? He said well let me get you checked in. I said, I was already checked in: he asked for my name, I gave it to him, and I checked in. For the second time, I was told that they were about to notify the trainer so the class could begin. At 5:30pm I asked to speak with the manager. The manger was Quentin. I explained to him the above. His only response was, “the trainer told me he waited 15 mins and no one showed up, so the class was cancelled. I responded, I’ve been in this seat since 5:00. If he and I was at the same place, the class would be going on at this time. I also explained to him, that he could consult with the two employees that I just had encounters with, to let him know how long I’ve been sitting here, checked in. I drove a hour for this class and to purchase a new laptop, left with neither things. I’m disappointed in this entire experience.

  Good experience for sure. Despite the booming business and large crowds, the care teams work hard to ensure each encounter is personable and effective. Samm, who checked me in is super sweet! Ivan who helped to diagnose my Macbook is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I was able to get the help I needed in a timely manner. super grateful! Thank you guys!
