Update. I contact you all email many times no response. I tried calling a few times and was placed on hold then hinged up on. And I emailed the manager no response. Stop with the scripted reply and get rid of who ever making your business bad and is running people to other clinic. Is it worth it? Some of the front-desk staff at VCA Olympia Fields are extremely rude and unprofessional. They ignore emails and don’t return phone calls, and I don’t understand why people who work with pets choose to act so ignorant and dismissive. They take advantage of how much we love our animals. I’ve been promoting the VCA CareClub on Facebook like I was one of their employees for a long time and got many people to sign up. But because of the rudeness and lack of basic customer service at the Olympia Fields location, I will be leaving and taking my pets to another company. Smh. Management get new staff asap and Drell L 👇 review 👇 I agree with everything you said. They trick people with that “free first exam” offer, and I’ve seen the same thing happen over and over. They do not give your pet a real exam. They take them in the back where no one can see anything, and then pretend they checked them. Huge red flag — every pet owner should be able to see the full exam in the room. There’s no proof anyone’s pet is actually being examined. This place takes big advantage of people’s love for their pets. It’s turning into a scam and a rip-off. Go elsewhere.

First time here. I fell in love with this place. Staff is great and comfortable waiting area. I wanted to try them out because they have a pet club which includes vaccination and wellness. I recommend giving them a try.

I applied for the free first exam online and received a call from this clinic to possibly schedule an appointment. I asked about basic pricing for shots and different testing and was told by the representative that she was not able to give me ANY PRICES WHATSOEVER over the phone. She said pricing is dependent on the Dr and I would have to come in for exam first. She then said if I came in that I could get a print out of the prices, I showed up and no luck! Still no prices!? How can a person plan appropriately if you won’t be honest about pricing? I can understand certain things can’t be pre priced because they take weight into account, but test and vaccine prices should be transparent! Took my fur babies to Homewood clinic they didn’t hide there prices and they took great care of my brand new fur babies.

Found a stray dog in my backyard, called OF police & the officer came & told me it’s nothing they can do. Was told my only two options was to let to loose back on the street or keep it b/c they no longer take dogs to a shelter due to a recent incident. Definitely wasn’t going w/ option #1! Called VCA & the 3 ladies at the front were very welcoming and helpful with scanning his chip to locate owner. Thank you so much for all that you do! Truly appreciate it!!! Dog is now in the hands of SSHS. Such a positive experience & I will bring my 19 y/o yorkie here from now on for vet visits inside of his usual location down the street.
