If there is a death in someone’s family that is the account holder, be aware that they will give you a problem about it until you get a death certificate. A memorial card for the time being wasn’t enough and they could care less. Do what’s right next time instead of saying “ it’ll take away from our family.” Great way to justify the situation 👍🏻 had more than enough proof besides a death certificate to prove a death in our family. He was expected to keep his phone off till we were able to prove this.
