    Stopped in because I had an issue with service, I’m a new customer and needed some help. Extremely unhelpful and rude man refused to help, there were four staff members sitting around doing nothing and I was the only customer in the store . Wish I had stayed with T-Mobile, planning on cancelling account.

    Awful people. As soon as we walked in the door, the sales staff acted like they did not want us there. When we asked a questions, the salesperson responded in a rude, condescending tone and did not actually address what we were asking. Don't waste your time.

    I never write reviews. But I had the worst experience at this store and the problems just keep coming. When I signed up for a new phone while waiting for it to arrive my current phone just stopped working. The person helping me somehow switched my SIM card to the new phone that wouldn’t be delivered for two weeks! On top of that. I returned an unwanted internet box well within the return time frame. I was getting emails about it not being returned. I called customer service about it. They assured me I wouldn’t be charged. Now that’s on my bill! I have spent at least 12 hours on the phone with customer service the past few months about these issues and things are STILL not resolved. I am beyond frustrated with this store and Verizon customer service as a whole. Just ridiculous
