Went into Verizon store to cancel another line and it turns out the rep did a bait and switch last year and I am stuck with it for two more years. I cannot wait to get rid of Verizon and they're freaking lies. I was an 18 year customer. Two more years on my contract I'll pay for that and jump over to Comcast as soon as possible. AND THE LIES ABOUT THE PRICE LOCK GUARANTEES. My charges have gone up 50% on my watch and tablet 3 mos after I got them. As the lines come up out of contract they will be gone! Shady car salesman tactics with no integrity.
