    I know this place has a lot of bad reviews, but this is twice now that they have saved me! Once was a couple of years back when I worked at Oakbrook Mall. I completely shattered my iPhone screen (100% my fault). They were able to get me in without an appointment, and they fixed it for me that day within hours. Last night, my Mac completely stopped doing anything. It was freezing, and I knew it was probably at the end of its life (I've been having issues with it running for a bit now). I was able to get an appointment at 7:30 PM, and they were able to run diagnostics. We decided buying a new Mac was the way to go. They were able to provide a free migration to the new laptop for me, so I did not lose a single thing (which I was very worried about since everything for my job is on my laptop), and they called me first thing this morning to tell me it was ready for pickup. I went in, they ensured my new laptop met my standards, then they wiped the old device and processed my trade-in quickly for me. Very friendly and helpful service all around. Thank you, Apple Store! Special shout-out to Arturo, and I forgot the gentleman helping me last night, Feb 6th, but thank you to him as well!

    Went in for my damaged laptop and ipad that just stopped working out of nowhere. Laptop was fine but I was told that they could offer no solution to my ipad that just won’t turn on even with no damages. Instead I was pushed to get the newest Ipad for 1k or replace that one for 400 dollars. For a device that was kept stagnant for years I expect it to still work, and be offered more. Additionally the worker made a comment to “stop dropping my devices” when I had been doing no such thing to EITHER device. Safe to say I will no longer be going to apple whenever I need a new device.

    I had an utterly dreadful experience with the service—it was humiliating and completely unacceptable. Nobody could locate my order, and I had to call customer service. Even with the customer service representative on the line, the store associates blatantly ignored me and refused to answer the call. It was absolutely ridiculous. Eventually, a manager showed up, and when I asked him to take the call, he also refused. It was only when I put my phone on speaker that the issue was finally resolved. I cannot fathom this level of unprofessionalism. I understand that associates aren’t commission-based, but I I they must still be courteous and resolve issues. Instead, the employee ignored me and moved on to the next customer instead of helping find my order. As a result, I will never purchase any of their products from the Apple Store again due to their arrogance, condescension, and the blatant disregard for customer care.

    I left my computer at the store - it had my business card with my phone number taped to the back. They would not call me to pick it up. Just left it in lost and found - said it was not their policy to call me. Seriously !!!! If I didn’t figure it out where I left it - they would have tossed it after 30! Days instead of calling me from my business card on the back. That is horrible and ridiculous customer service!!!!
