  3 hours wait to get told they will need to send my watch out for repairs! I explained the issue to them from the very start and the response I got was “yeah a tech will run a diagnostic and take a look”, “oh it just needs to be restored”. What is the point of the tech if they can’t do anything in the store! They just took the place of the ups store that I was in the process of scheduling through the apple site. The tech looked at it for all of 5 seconds before saying it needs to be shipped out. Didn’t even try and press the buttons or anything.

  I went in yesterday to see about getting my battery replaced on my three year old iPhone 14. I was checked in and seen promptly. The technician Joel was very helpful. Instead of replacing my battery I opted to purchase the iPhone 17 pro instead. Kris in sales was equally helpful. I was given a price for trade in that was too good to pass up. Kris and Joel got my new phone set up in just over an hour. Joel also helped getting my iPad reinstalled with the new iOS. A great experience from start to finish. Thanks again!!

  Tech Support did a great job fixing the boot loop action of a defective iPad. BUT, the 'teacher' giving a 'class' that no one in the store listen to or cared about, was extremely rude when asked a simple question and his sound system was way to loud. Terrible customer experience.

  Came to this store on 3/26 to trade in my iPhone 13. Carlos was more than happy to help and despite me aiming to get the iPhone 16, he SOLD me on the iPhone 17e!!! I told him I was on a budget and he explained all the reasons to me on how the 17e is better. He's also really funny lol had a great experience with Carlos. He made the whole process of getting a new phone smooth. It went by so fast too. I will definitely be coming here now on when trading in. :)

  One of the main reasons my parents use iPhones and iCloud is so that I can send my parents to the Apple Store and they can guide my parents through an issue they are having since I live out of state. My mom had to visit the "Genius" bar three times over as many weeks to try and resolve a storage issue she is having with iCloud. One person told her they couldn't help her because her computer is a PC. Well then there should be staff that know PCs since iCloud is used by both Mac and PC users! Another person installed an app on her laptop that didn't actually do what she wanted, but she got so flustered that she gave up. On her third try, a "genius" told her that she was not able to stay in the store and transfer photos from iCloud to her PC since there was not enough seating space and again implied that it was because she had a PC. In turn my mom went home, made a mistake, and since she was no longer at the Apple Store to get help, she is stuck. She will have to wait until I come into town to help her. Since the Apple Store and "Genius" Bar doesn't seem to value its PC based customers, or is simply to busy to provide adequate service, the next time my parents upgrade their phones, I will be moving them to non-Apple products.
