- IBIonut BlagaDec 3, 20201.0On October 17 I asked to talk with a Manger about my complaint regarding the extended warranty and nobody called me back or responded to my phone calls. When I purchased this insurance I was promised to not have any problems and that everything will be covered. When i came with the issue turned out that NOTHING is covered becides some minor demadges which realisticly speaking almost never occur. They are only trying to get money out of your pocket.. THIS IS THE WAY GEEK SQUAD TAKES CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. I am going to report them to Business Bureau as well.

I had the insurance still they were trying to save their money and were not fixing my laptop by changing damaged part. I had take my pc to them twice for same problem. 2nd time With little cost they fake the repairmen, and my pc was still dealing with the same issue. Finally I took my pc to skokie best buy- geek squad. The employees at skokie were great. They changed the problematic parts to new one. Spend some money and fixed it. Skokie best buy gave me quicker and a real service by genuinely fixing my laptop. I am not going back to north-brook best buy again. They even made me wait longer for my pc. Even more, they did not call me back while i had question regarding the long wait. They had lack of courtesy as well.

- PPPeterMay 30, 20171.0Geek squad sucks! They have a protection plan where you can pay $10 and they'll give you a new device if it breaks. I didn't have that, but asked them to fix my phone. I was there for about an hour until they told me they can't do anything. They barely trused doing anything. They absolutely suck. Theyll "insure" your phone, but they definitely won't fix it.
