The AT&T store in the mall refused to help activate a replacement phone and attempted to charge $5.50 for a SIM card (?!?). Apple gave us the SIM card (no charge) and when the AT&T rep on the phone was unable to activate our SIM card, Kevin stayed after the store closed to help us. He called AT&T using his credentials and was able to get the phone activated within minutes. Definitely 5 stars!!
